Disclaimer

The following information is designed to help you understand the nature of what Congruity offers, and what it does not.

What Congruity Provides

Congruity is an educational and developmental practice. We offer facilitated learning experiences, coaching, structured programs, workshops and educational content designed to support personal and professional growth.

All content, materials and interactions provided through Congruity, whether in writing, during sessions, or as part of any program, are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

What Congruity Does Not Provide

Congruity does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, counselling or therapeutic services.

Our work is educational, developmental and coaching-oriented in nature and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare, mental health treatment or crisis support.

Participation in any Congruity offering does not create a therapist-client, psychologist-client, doctor-patient or counselling relationship.

If you require medical, psychological or mental health support, please seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

Coaching and Development Work

Coaching is a collaborative developmental process designed to support reflection, learning, self-awareness and growth.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychological treatment or crisis intervention.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing and outcomes throughout the coaching process.

Participant Suitability

Congruity's programs, coaching and educational experiences are intended for adults who are capable of taking responsibility for their own participation and decision-making.

If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, mental health concerns or crisis, we encourage you to seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Personal Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes. The insights, frameworks and practices shared through Congruity are offered as tools for reflection and development. How you choose to use them, and the results that follow, are your responsibility.

We encourage you to use your own judgement and to consult appropriate professionals when making decisions that may affect your health, wellbeing, legal position or financial situation.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Personal and professional development is inherently individual. Outcomes from participating in Congruity programs, coaching or workshops cannot be guaranteed, and experiences will vary from person to person.

Any examples, case studies or testimonials shared are illustrative and do not represent typical or guaranteed results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Congruity and its representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or participation in, any Congruity offering, content or service.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection legislation. Where such laws apply, your statutory rights remain fully preserved.
